Statement of faith

We believe

The Bible, the Old Testament and the New Testament, is the Word of God which was inspired by God the Holy Spirit, unchangeable and infallible. (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:19-21)

The Almighty God, the Creator of Heaven and Earth. We believe in the Trinity: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 3:16-17, 19:18; 2 Corinthians 13:13)

The Lord Jesus Christ as God's only Son, who became a man, born by the virgin Mary, died on the cross for our sins, buried, and on the third day resurrected from the death, ascended to Heaven, and will return. (Matthew 1:8; Luke 24:50-51; John 3:16, 14:23; Acts 1:11; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; 1 Peter 2:24, 3:22; 1 John 4:15)

God the Holy Spirit with His personality and works in this day. (John 4:23-25; 14:16-17, 26; 16:13)

That all men have sinned. Thus, they have to repent, believe in, and receive the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal saviour for the forgiveness of their sins. (Psalm 51:7; Acts 2:38; Romans 3:23; John 1:12)

The water baptism that it was commanded by the Lord Jesus Christ and it is done

by immersion in the water. (Matthew 3:13-17, 28:19; Mark 16:16; Acts 8:38-39; Romans 6:4)

The Holy Communion was commanded by the Lord Jesus Christ to remember His death by eating of the bread and drinking of the wine. (Luke 22:19-20; John 6:25-26; 1 Corinthians 11:23-26)

The divine healing by the stripes and the sacrifices of Christ on the cross. (Isaiah 53; Matthew 8:17; 1 Peter 2:24)

The baptism of the Holy Spirit, the manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, and the Fruit of the Spirit. (Acts 2:24; 10:46; 19:6; Romans 12:3-8; 1 Corinthians 12:8-11, 27-31; Galatians 5:22-23; 1 Peter 4:10-11)

The resurrection and death; for the believers, eternal life and for the unbelievers, eternal punishment. (John 3:36; Acts 24:15, 25; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; Revelation 20:11-15, 21:7-8)

The Church as the Body of Christ, the spiritual union of all believers who are the salt and the light of the world, as Jesus Christ the Head of the Church. (Matthew 5:13-14; John 17:20-22; 1 Corinthians 12:12-17; Ephesians 4:1-4, 15)

Tithing that it belongs to God which we return it to Him. (Malachi 3:8-10; Matthew 23:23)
